_500g de farine<br />

_la moitié d'un carré de levure boulangère<br />
_eau tiède<br />
_huile d'olive</span></span><br />

Préparation:<br />

Verser la farine dans un saladier,le sel,(je rajoute aussi un peu de
sucre dans la farine pour que la pâte soit bien doré mais c'est facultatif),la levure
boulangère.rajouté de l'eau tiède et bien pétrir la pâte pendant
10minute et a la fin rajouté environ 2cuillère d'huile d'olive pour ramasser la pâte.Laisser
bien lever jusqu'à que la pâte double de volume.<br />

<li><span style="color: purple;"><b>10g de levure sèche ou 20 g de levure fraîche</b></span></li>
<li><span style="color: purple;"><b>1 c.c de sel</b></span></li>
<li><span style="color: purple;"><b>1 jaune d'oeuf battu avec 2 c.s de lait pour la dorure </b></span></li>

<b>Préparations:</b><br />

<span style="color: purple;"><b>Mettre tout les ingrédients
dans le robot ou bien faire a la main et mettre l'eau au fur et a
mesure et laisser pétrir pendant 5 minutes environ et laisser la pâte
lever pendant environ 1h jusqu'à qu'elle double de volume.</b></span><br />

<span style="color: purple;"><b>Une
fois lever,diviser la pâte en 8 a 10 boules les aplatir légèrement et
les placer sur une plaque du four en mettant bien du papier sulfurisé
pour pas que sa colle.Couvrir d'une serviette propre et laisser lever
une 2ème fois pendant 30minutes.</b></span><br />

<b>Verrine trés leger en bouche un pure délice,pour cela il vaut faut:</b><br />

<b>soit des biscuits à la cuillère soit une génoise que vous découperai avec un emporte pièce une fois cuite,</b><br />

<b>Monter 50cl de crème liquide a 30% avec environ 100 g de sucre selon le gout,une fois que la crème commence a monter ajouter 1 boite de mascarpone et continué de monter jusqu’à que le tout soit bien ferme.</b><br />

<b>Prendre des fruits rouges moi j'ai mis des fraises ainsi que des framboises, couper les fraises en petits morceaux les sucrés selon le gout et vous mixer un peu de fraises pour faire un coulis. </b><br />

<b>Dans une verrine disposer un peu de crème,mettre un mini disque de génoise ajouter des morceaux de fraises et de framboises ajouter du coulis de fraises puis de la crème ,un mini disque et ainsi de suite jusqu’à remplir la verrine et décorer avec une poche a douille.</b><br />

<b>Après une longue absence sur le blog par manque de temps me revoilà avec de nouvelles recettes.Pour commencer je vous donne cette recette d'un gâteau EXTRA très moelleux .Pour ce gâteau il vaut faut un moule très grand type moule a pizza sinon il sera trés épais si vous le faites dans un petit moule.</b><br />

<b><span style="color: purple;">**Vous aurez besoin d'un peu de confiture pour la fin ainsi que d'amande concassé** </span></b><br />
<b>Préparation:</b><br />

<b> Prendre 2 saladier,séparer les blanc des jaunes.Monter les blancs en neige.</b><br />
<b>Avec les jaunes ajouter 100g de sucre puis battre au fouet,ajouter l''huile,4 yaourts nature,la levure chimique et la semoule extra fine.Bien mélanger et ajouter les blancs en neige délicatement à la spatule.</b><br />
<b>Verser dans un grand moule et saupoudrer de noix de coco.Enfourner.</b><br />
<br />
<b>Pendant ce temps préparer le sirop,dans une casserole mettre 125g de sucre avec 2 grand verre d'eau puis mettre sur feu doux pendant environ 10 minutes environ.</b><br />
<br />
<b>Une fois le gâteau bien doré le sortir du four et l'arroser avec ce sirop,attendre 15 minutes environ puis napper de confiture d'abricot que vous aurez chauffer avec un peu d'eau et parsemer d'amande concassé.</b><br />
